A Premier Development Pathway for Competitive Players

Rayados Soccer Academy Northwest is the official soccer academy of CF Monterrey Rayados and a recognized member of US Club Soccer. Our U11–U14 program provides a high-performance training and competition environment designed to develop technically skilled, tactically intelligent, and competitive players.

We will compete in the Washington Premier League (WPL) during the Fall and Spring seasons, with our top teams per age group competing in the WPL Super League, the highest division available. U13 and U14 teams that win their Super League division qualify for the National Premier League (NPL) Finals, where they can compete for a National Championship.

Our training follows the CF Monterrey Rayados methodology, ensuring players receive the highest level of coaching and preparation while developing the skills necessary to compete at the highest levels of youth soccer.

Program Overview

Who Can Join?

Our U11–U14 program is designed for players who:

  • Are committed to high-level training and competitive play
  • Want to develop their technical, tactical, and mental skills in a professional academy setting
  • Aspire to compete at state, regional, and national levels
  • Are preparing to progress into U15–U18 competitive teams

Season & Competition

Our U11–U14 teams participate in a year-round program that includes:

  • Washington Premier League (WPL) Fall & Spring Seasons – Competitive league play against top teams in Washington
  • WPL Super League (Top Teams Per Age Group) – Highest division in the WPL, offering elite-level competition
  • National Premier League (NPL) Finals Qualification – U13 & U14 teams that win the Super League can compete for a National Championship
  • Washington Cup State Championship – End-of-season state tournament
  • Three Summer Tournaments – Competing in one tournament per month (June, July, and August)
  • Weekend League Matches – Regular competition against the best teams in Washington

Training Schedule

  • Team Training: Twice per week (90-minute sessions) focusing on tactical, technical, and positional development
  • Friday Skills Training (Optional): Extra session for players looking to refine individual skills
  • Game Application: Small-sided and full-field play to enhance decision-making and game awareness
  • Technical Training: Emphasizing ball mastery, passing accuracy, dribbling, first touch, and shooting

  • What is the Club Registration Amount for Rayados Soccer Academy – Northwest

    The Club Registration Amount for U8-U10 players is $2,400 for the full season. This fee helps cover essential club operations and ensures a high-quality experience for all players. It includes:


    Trace Membership & AI Cameras (All Games will be recorded)


    Administrative Staff Stipends


    Coach Salaries, Development, and Licensing


    Field Rentals


    Equipment


    Goalkeeper Training


    Referee Fees

    This comprehensive registration helps us maintain a strong training environment, develop our players effectively, and compete at a high level throughout the season.

  • Is there payment plans?

    Yes, we offer the following payment options:


    Pay in Full


    $2,400 due at the time of registration


    Paid via credit card (processing fees apply)


    Standard Payment Plan


    $1,200 due at registration


    5 equal monthly payments of $240 starting August 1st


    All payments via credit card (processing fees apply)

  • Are travel and tournament expenses included in the Club Registration?

    No, travel and tournament expenses are not included in the Club Membership Fee. These costs vary by team and are managed separately by the team treasurer.


    Team expenses may include:

    Coach travel

    Tournament entry fees

    Team events or functions

    Miscellaneous items (team bench, tents, etc.)


    Most teams participate in 3–4 tournaments per year, with some involving out-of-town travel.


    Personal expenses like hotel, transportation, and meals are the responsibility of each family.


    We’ll always aim to keep costs reasonable and provide details in advance to help families plan ahead.


  • What is the Uniform Cost, and how do we order it?

    As an official Puma Club, all Rayados Soccer Academy – Northwest players are required to wear the club-approved Puma uniform kit. Our official uniform provider is Soccer.com.


    The uniform cost is $275 and includes:


    2 Game Jerseys (one will also be used as a training top)


    2 Sets of Shorts


    2 Pairs of Socks


    1 Puma 1/4-Zip Training Top


    1 Puma Backpack


    Uniforms are ordered directly through Soccer.com via our team’s online store. Families will receive a personalized link to place their order after registration.


    Additional gear and optional items will be available for purchase through the team store for families who wish to order extra apparel or accessories.

  • What is the commitment level?

    Players in the competitive program are expected to attend regular practices, games, and tournaments. It’s a great opportunity for those serious about soccer.

  • How are teams formed?

    Teams are formed based on skill level, age, and player evaluations during tryouts. We aim to create balanced teams for optimal development.
